At Montrose Properties LLC, we aim to provide a transparent and fair process for all applicants and clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.
Refund Policy
1. Application Fees
All application fees paid for rental screening or property application processing are non-refundable, even if:

The application is denied

The applicant withdraws their application

The property is no longer available
Application fees cover the cost of background checks, credit reports, and administrative processing.
2. Security Deposits
If a security deposit is collected, the following terms apply:

If the lease agreement is signed, the security deposit will be held according to the terms of the lease.

If the applicant cancels before signing the lease, a portion or all of the deposit may be non-refundable depending on timing and administrative costs.

If the application is denied by management, the full deposit (if collected in advance) will be refunded.
Refunds of deposits will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original form of payment unless otherwise arranged.
3. Service Fees
Any service-related fees (e.g., convenience fees, online payment processing fees) are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the transaction completed.
4. Duplicate Payments or Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error or made a duplicate payment, please contact us at Montrosepropgroup@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and issue a refund if a duplicate or error is confirmed.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
